Hello,
Window World of Las Cruces provided an outstanding product at a reasonable price. The Sales Manager was great, with multiple free estimates and zero pressure to purchase. Although the wait list for installation was long (16 weeks), it was worth it. The installers worked tirelessly to install, clean and maintain a safe environment. Upon completion, the General Manager came to my house and inspected the completed work. Overall, a great experience and I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I don't write many online reviews. I expect good customer service and I don't think it is noteworthy when I receive it. Unfortunately, even good customer service seems rare these days. My experience with Window World of Las Cruces has been so positive that is deserves attention. Every phase from our initial contact with Marco Saucedo through our installation was professional and pleasant. Other window companies would not even come out to our house and quoted us estimates exceeding $10,000 without looking at our house. Marco came out and spent the time to understand what we needed. The installers were on time, professional, courteous and efficient. And the total price was a lot less than those sight-unseen quotes from other companies. The windows look great and we could not be happier.

They got here right at 8:00 am when they told us that they would be here. They did awesome job with putting in the windows. They were just really messy on how they broke out the windows glass they got glass all over the place. They did a poor jod clean up the glass and the pieces that they cut off the new window. I came home from work and had to clean up the glass and tash they did not get clean. They just need to lay down tarps on the floor and hang tarps in front of the windows they are braking the glass out on.
