These guys know their windows. Installation by David and Eric was fast, efficient, and professional. I am impressed that the same knowledgeable installers are working with the company over several years and projects.

I believe they have their own factory and they make their own quality Windows so they can get them for a much better price and they are very nice quality Windows.

I just got my windows replaced and couldn't be happier. Since the start Marco was very professional and courteous and did an awesome job of explaining and demonstrating the windows to my wife and I. He was never pushy or made me feel like I had to buy which made it a very comfortable experience. His lead installer I believe David is his name came before we did the deal to explain what was going to happen and how the process would work. We liked what Marco and the company had to offer and decided to do all our windows. When the installers came they where all very professional and got to work and did all my windows in one day. Very satisfied with the installers and the whole team in this company. I highly recommend doing business with them!!! Thanks again all who participated!!!

I had my windows replaced which was amazing. However I keep finding broken glass all over my house. Missing hardware for one of my doors that was replaced and they installed a window with a chip of glass in it. I was under the impression they would quality control before scheduled install

I had the best Price, Experience, & Service with Window World! I chose the perfect company to replace my 12 old windows & install new ones in my home. Starting with Marco the Sales Rep very informative & explained everything to me! Office Manager Diana was very helpful & kept me informed regarding the time frame, we had an issue with the Permit due to my property is on the Historic District, but Diana handled that very well and kept communication with the Committee to speed up the process! When Windows & Permit were ready to go the, the Installation Team David, Eric & Gustavo, did the Job in two days!! :-) They are a very professional, knowledgeable & a clean team, they didn't leave a speck of debris anywhere! Thank you WINDOW WORLD I'm one Satisfied Customer, you a Highly Recommended! :-)

Great experience and great Windows . Marco the sales rep was awesome and the installers Eric and David did a fantastic job . Would definitely recommend them ! Also - Stay away from using Lowe’s home improvement contractors I had terrible experiences with them. Use these guys instead you won’t be disappointed!

Marco was professional and courteous as a salesperson, not pushy at all. David and Eric were just as professional and courteous as installers! Plus they worked hard and efficiently to get 15 windows and 2 sliders done in less than 3 days.
The Windows look great, they left minimal mess and the house feels so much warmer and solid. We are very happy with all aspects and employees of window world.

David, Eric and Luis just installed my new sliding glass door:-) They were professional and polite. The area around the door is spotless. I can already feel the difference the energy star slider makes in the west-facing room. Window World products are the best investment I've made on my home. Thanks David, Eric, Luis and Marco!

Very happy with my windows! Even with this whole pandemic, everything went rather smoothly, from Marco who came out and gave me a great presentation and explained every little detail to me, the ladies in the office for scheduling and the guys who came out to install. Couldn't of asked for a better company to deal with. Marco was also able to help with my rebate form which was so helpful! Thank you all!
